How does Easyspad charge on storage fees?
We charge only based on the space you utilized and number of days it was stored! There is no Minimum Storage Space or Minimum Days to Be Stored with Easyspad.
Is the Warehouse Safe?
All our warehouse are under a 24 hour CCTV surveillance, ensuring your products to be well monitored. Easyspad also covers general fire and theft insurance for our clients. For other form of insurance, kindly consult with us for more info.
How and where should I send my products to?
Reach out to the respective fulfillment heroes which you got in touch with and they will provide you the address you could send your products over to! Alternatively you may go to page to find out more details of our warehouse address
Does Easyspad provides pickup service?
Yes we do, you may select pickup by Easyspad feature at our inbound section in Ez-System. Kindly reach out to the respective fulfillment heroes to understand more on the inbound process.
How long does it takes for Easyspad to complete an inbound?
With all the procedures done correctly, It would only take us 2 working days.
How do I trace my inventory quantity?
All our clients will have access to our web-based EZ-system whereby you could monitor your live inventory anytime, anywhere!
Does Easyspad accepts frozen products?
Easyspad currently does not provide frozen / air conditioned storage for the time being, we will notify our audience / subscribers once we have established it.
