Easyspad has arranged daily pickup from our courier providers to ensure your order status will be updated on time.

Can me or my customer walk in to collect the items?
Yes, you may select the features in our Ez-System and fill in the collection details for us to get the items prepared!
Which courier parties / last mile providers Easyspad is working with?
Domestic: DHL E-commerce, FMX, J&T Express, Teleport, Lalamove, NinjaVan.
International: Aramex, Fedex, DHL Express.
What if my parcel is damaged during the delivery?
In an unfortunate cirumstances whereby your parcels are damaged in transit, reach out to our fulfillment heroes to provide you with images for you to proceed with compensation claim with the respective logistic parties.
